I have been hearing people complaining lately that after registering their line they still recieve notification stating that they should go and register their line again. Did you engage in the MTN Sim Card Registration exercise ordered by the Nigeria Communications Commission (NCC) and you’re wondering if your line has been registered or not?

Sometimes you may register your sim and still get sms that you have not registered. There is no point trying to register your sim for the second time.

For MTN Text REG to 789 to confirm if your line has been registered.
If your sim has been registered, you receive a message like this: Your number has been registered. Thank you

For GLO Text Reg to 3456 to confirm if your line has been registered.
If your sim has been registered, you receive a message like this: Yoursim 2348050001152 has been registered. Thank you
